All classes are designed for participants at EVERY level of fitness, from beginners to elite athletes. Options are offered for all levels. You will learn what your limits are and how to work your hardest within your own level.
Class Descriptions: (Classes can be modified to suit the needs of the group)
BOOTCAMP
Intervals of fast-paced Cardio mixed with Strength Training are incorporated into an intense 30-minute workout. No equipment necessary, but participants are encouraged to bring a mat.
CARDIO KICKBOXING
Punch and kick your way through a calorie burning, total-body workout that burns fat fast while sculpting the muscles in the upper body, core, and legs.
CARDIO MOVE
“M-O-V-E” stands for Music, Options, Variety, & Energy in this 45-minute calorie busting class! Instructors will guide participants through a variety of aerobic formats incorporating jumping, running, dancing, & boxing. The class will end with a conditioning track for lower-body, upper body, and core.
KICK AND SCULPT
Get your cardio and strength training in at one shot with 30 minutes of kickboxing followed by a 25 minute “sculpt” session combining multi-muscle exercises using free weights and a mat to work every muscle group from head to toe. The class will end with a well-deserved stretch.
POWER SCULPT
Participants will be pushed into their ‘fat burning zones” for sure with this powerful conditioning class. Instructors will focus on each muscle group individually using two sets of free weights (heavy and light) for a total-body conditioning workout. This class will help participants increase their body’s lean muscle mass, allowing them to burn fat while at rest!
STRETCH & RELAX
A mind-body class designed to stretch, strengthen, and help reduce stress. Instructors will personalize this class, adjusting to the levels and needs of each individual group.
CORE POWER
This class was designed to strengthen the body from the “inside out”. Conditioning exercises are performed on the mat, incorporating stretching and breathing for an overall “feel good” experience. Work each muscle group while focusing on strengthening your “powerhouse”, the CORE! The core consists of the muscles in the abdominal region, as well as the back. Participants will see great results as they work their way through these mat exercises to a stronger, fitter, leaner body. This class was based off of mat Pilates, but with larger ranges of motion, more repetitions, and longer holds, to deliver faster results.
